Simple Overnight Muesli with Fresh Fruit & Nuts
This easy, nutritious muesli is perfect for a healthy start to your day. Made with high-fibre oats, crisp apple, sweet blueberries, and crunchy walnuts, it provides a balance of flavour and texture.

Prepare the oats the night before for a softer, creamier texture.
Feel free to add other fruits, nuts and honey to suit your taste, here’s some other suggestions:

Fresh Fruits: You can add banana, pear, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, grapes, mango, kiwi, or orange segments for a mix of sweetness, tartness, and juiciness.

Nuts & Seeds: Enhance the crunch and nutrition with almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or flaxseeds.

- Airtight plastic container
- Sharp knife
- Chopping board
- A spoon to stir the mixture
Ingredients
- Oats (high fibre)
- ½ an apple
- 6 walnut halves
- 10 Blueberries
- Milk (full fat or semi skimmed)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Preparation
- Wash the fruit.
- Cut the apple into bite size pieces.
- Pour the desired amount of oats into the plastic container.
- Add sufficient milk to just cover the oats.
- Add the fruit, walnuts and chia seeds.
- Stir to mix in the fruit.
- Seal the lid.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
