  • A bowl or container to mix the eggs
  • A fork.
  • Frying pan.
  • Sharp knife.
  • Sieve.

A garlic crusher.

    Ingredients

    Omelette

    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 Mushrooms
    • 1/4 red pepper
    • A handful of fresh spinach leaves
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
    • 1 tsp Turmeric
    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • Black pepper

    Extras

    • 2 slices of whole meal or rye bread
    • 1 or 2 fresh tomatoes

    Preparation

    Omelette

    • Creak eggs into a bowl and whisk
    • Add the chilli flakes and turmeric to the eggs.
    • Wash and drain the spinach leaves
    • Peel and crush the garlic.
    • Slice the mushrooms and red pepper

    • Wash the tomatoes

    Cooking Instructions

    Omelette

    1. Fry the onions, garlic, red pepper and mushrooms in the olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Add the spinach and cook till wilted. Add the egg mixture and cook for a further minute or until set. Fold the omelette for easier serving Extras Toast the bread Serve with the tomatoes
