Equipment
Essential
- A bowl or container to mix the eggs
- A fork.
- Frying pan.
- Sharp knife.
- Sieve.

A garlic crusher.
Ingredients
Omelette
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Mushrooms
- 1/4 red pepper
- A handful of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Black pepper
Extras
- 2 slices of whole meal or rye bread
- 1 or 2 fresh tomatoes
Preparation
Omelette
- Creak eggs into a bowl and whisk
- Add the chilli flakes and turmeric to the eggs.
- Wash and drain the spinach leaves
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Slice the mushrooms and red pepper

- Wash the tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
Omelette
- Fry the onions, garlic, red pepper and mushrooms in the olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Add the spinach and cook till wilted. Add the egg mixture and cook for a further minute or until set. Fold the omelette for easier serving Extras Toast the bread Serve with the tomatoes
